What you can bet on at the iBET789 sportsbook
A football match can be bet three main ways: handicap, over/under and 1X2 (home, draw, away). Each match also has its own first-half (1H) handicap and over/under, so one game gives you two chances.
Beyond those there are correct score, total goals (0-1, 2-3, 4-6, 7 and over), half-time/full-time, odd/even, double chance, number of corners, booking points and outrights. Basketball and e-soccer are on the book too.
Matches are split into Live, Today and Early, so tonight's game and next week's are easy to find. The matches Myanmar players follow most are gathered under “Myanmar Favourite” in the left menu.
How to read Myanmar odds
On the Myanmar odds page each price is shown as “goals (price)”. H 1 (-32) on the home side means the home team gives one goal and the price is 32. On over/under, O 3 (-18) is a three-goal line at price 18.
Settling works like this. If your side beats the line (gives one goal, wins by two) you win in full. If it falls short (a draw or a loss) the stake is lost. If the result lands exactly on the line (gives one, wins by one) the price decides: a plus price wins that percentage of your stake, a minus price loses that percentage.
Say you put 10 credits (10,000 Ks) on H 1 (-32) and the home team wins 1–0. That is exactly on the line, so you lose 32% (3,200 Ks) and get 6,800 Ks back. A 2–0 win is a full win.
On the bet slip you will see something like 2(97) @ 0.95. The number after @ is what a full win pays: 0.95 means a profit of 95% of your stake. Both the price and the payout can move before and during the match, so check the final figures on the slip before you confirm.
Asian handicap and switching the odds format
Outside the Myanmar odds page you can switch between four formats: HK, Malay, Indo and EURO. The numbers look different but the price of the match is the same. EURO is the easiest to start with: at 1.95, a 1,000 Ks bet that wins returns 1,950 Ks including your stake.
Asian handicap also shows split lines such as 0.5-1 or 1.5-2. That is your stake cut in half and placed on both lines. On 0.5-1, if your team wins by exactly one goal, the 0.5 half wins and the 1 half is refunded, so you win half.
Mix parlay and Myanmar Parlay
A mix parlay puts at least two matches on one slip. The prices are multiplied, so more matches means a bigger payout, but one losing match loses the whole slip. If a match is postponed it counts at odds of 1.00 and the rest of the slip carries on.
Myanmar Parlay is a separate page for combining Myanmar odds lines (handicap and over/under with their price). Tap “Myanmar Parlay” in the left menu to see the matches you can combine.
Betting in play (Live)
The Live tab lists matches in progress with the clock (for example 1H 27') and the score. Prices move often as goals go in and cards come out.
The rules say a bet accepted while play is in danger mode (an attack near goal) can be made void afterwards; a void bet is refunded. That is also why a live slip can take a moment to confirm.
Stakes: credits and kyat
The numbers on the slip are credits, and 1 credit = 1,000 Ks (see the table above). The minimum is 1 credit; the maximum depends on the match and market and is shown as “Max Bet” on the slip. “Max Payout” is what a full win returns for the amount you typed.
The sportsbook plays from your site balance, so deposit first. In big-match weeks, keep an eye on the promotions page as well.
